I had this with my car was supposed to pick it up from the factory in February. They delayed it until March for me but not without quite a few people having to get involved to make that decision on their side . Also many calls back and forth to LCC. Good luck !

If you’ve done 260 miles then the fuel tank is empty . I’ve noticed on mine that it takes ages to calculate .

New fault for me this morning. When parking the camera shows red warning as it should as it gets closer to my garage back wall . However no bleeping from sensors sometimes during the whole parking manoeuvre. Anyone come across this ?

Your description of the sound is exactly right . It is like metal bending . It’s stopped now but today has been quite warm and the car was fully warmed up when it started .I don’t know if you can hear it outside . Will ask B&C when I go there on Thursday about other matters .

Any ideas ? New sound started today . When turning the car left or right from standstill for instance to enter or exit a driveway there is a clicking coming from the steering wheel . It’s not the “thud “ “ thud “ sound of the Ackermann effect .

I’ve got problems with my gearbox in the higher gears . If you’re doing motorway speeds and are in 6th changing down to 5th can be a struggle where it wants to go in to 3rd and over rev the car . Sometimes putting it in to 6th but it wants to go in to 4th .Done 500 miles so far still running it...

I got the key presentation box two weeks after collecting the car from the factory . The picture of the car is on back order .

I’ve got Sports with Cup 2s only done about 300 miles so far but the car feels noticeably easier to handle once those tyres are warmed up . Even then the back kicks out slightly on roundabouts at not too high speeds . Overall though an amazing driving experience

I remember when I bought my first M100 new in 1990 and the same thing happened to my leather drivers seat . The salesman from the London Lotus Centre said it’s because of my weight ! I weighed 10 stone at the time and looked in need of a jolly good dinner according to my wife!

My amber warning light came on to today a few moments after low fuel light indicated. Then extinguished again . Is that a coincidence or is the warning light merely referring to the fuel. ?

You get the impression there’s something wrong because there’s a slight twist in the driver’s seatbelt. But it works perfectly. It seems to be easier to select the modes today . Yesterday the switch felt stiff now it seems to be working as intended thankfully. Just getting used to the weird seatbelts now!

When selecting the different driver options we all know that the car starts off in tour mode . Mine however will not select sport or track until the car has been driven for several minutes . Also needs a hard push of the selection switch. Is this normal?

I’ve spoken to B&C and the boot needs to be adjusted. It’s definitely not sitting right .

This is the solution to my problem and a big thanks to Porter . However this indicates a problem since it’s the only way to open the boot .
