Looks ok to me apart from the Lotus letters.
My PPF installer removed the letters and stuck them back on afterwards. That was his normal way of doing things.
When I got my car both mirrors (the whole housing) were loose, i.e. they wobbled slightly with a few millimetres play.
By "Resetting to Neutral" this fixed my wobble.
Had a quick look and I've made note of it for a future drive for me.

Stone chips can happen anywhere on the front and roof. The rear side inlets get it as well. They're the most prone but really anywhere can get it.
Well lotus do take the manual gearbox apart and swap a couple of cogs so they just might change the auto box.

No, I had my tailgate replaced, small bubbles from new in June but waited until the following January before doing it.

For the rear badges they removed them and stuck them back on after doing the PPF using a template.
For the nose badge they left it in place and just went into the dip surrounding the badge. Unless the light catches it and you are specifically looking for it you wouldn't know it was done that...
You won't be able to use an iPod Touch by plugging it into a USB port.
You might be able to pair it via Bluetooth but then you will have to control the play of music by the iPod.
You can only use the two USB ports inside the centre console armrest to connect a suitable USB device.
