My I4 has a couple of bits missing from the interior that I’d like to install (or replace, assuming they were once present!). How I missed these issues when I collected the car I’ve no idea; it’s been a lot of years since I bought a used car and I guess as it was practically new I was complacent. (In my defence I’d expect the dealership to pick up these issues during prep, or is that asking too much?!).

Anyway, here are the missing parts:

1. Cup holder base/screw cover:

2. N/S (UK) bulkhead tether point/coat hook cover:

I presume these will be available from Lotus, but does anyone have the part numbers (or proper descriptions!)?

Thanks.

Can you not raise this with the dealer you bought it from?
The cupholder cover might be something they say no to, as they may say you lost it, but the tether point/coat hook cover would be an obvious one for them to have fixed.
Cant help on the part numbers, but again the dealer should be able to

8890575070, RUBBER PAD-CUP HOLDER, £2.52

889480507211B replaced by 8898807302, COVER-TETHER TOP, £1.65.

Plus postage. I've ordered from them before, quite quick, slightly weird system for paying for the postage, it happens after the initial payment for the parts, but it worked out ok.

Unfortunately I suspect I've missed the boat at this point so I'll put it down to experience.... I've been more preoccupied with the shocking state of the paintwork to be honest (I didn't go back to them about that either so they've got off lightly!).

Brilliant, thanks Nick. At those prices I'll take it on the chin, rightly or wrongly....
