You’d need to show me this photo but the factory has mainly magma red cars but there is also a vivid red in factory too which is a brighter solid red.

Nope vivid red is a colour that might become an option on base cars next year and as such Lotus have painted some prototype Emira in this colour, it’s not an FE colour option. There was a lot of magma red cars about which is a darker metallic red and is an FE colour.

I’ve seen a cosmos black 4 banger today so seems they are starting to build AMG cars now too for testing. Makes sense for Top Gear, air the V6 on TV, review it, lap it, sing it praises and then in the studio have the AMG car so they can say also coming soon you can get an AMG powered version too.
