I'm still waiting! it's been 5 weeks now and I've still not got a date for the replacement window to be fitted :-(
have been on the phone to Lotus customer care every few days but still no ETA...
Another update... I spoke with Lotus yesterday, and they have had no stock in the UK for the replacement.. but more are due to land on Friday.. so perhaps I'll get the repair mid-next week... so all in all thats about 18-20 days wait for the window to be replaced.. can't drive the car whilst its...

My insurer (Admiral) are being really good about this. Looks like I'll only pay £115 to have the thing repaired. (Cost without insurance was roughly quoted to be £1200).

Sadly i came back to my car today (left in an official city run carpark) and the driver side window has been toally smashed in by some arsehole.
I wondered if anybody has experience replacing the window? I’ve obviously reported this to my insurance and the police but I’m still waiting for...

I took mine into the Lotus Kent garage and after a fair bit of customer service friction (they said the parts hadn’t arrived yet) they fitted the rubber isolation cups and the creaks and squeaks from the front suspension have totally stopped 🥳
Hi! I see this post is a few years old now but wondered if Admiral were good for adding occasional track days? I have them for the road cover so maybe a good option if you’d recommend?
Not sure what has changed but the creaking noise has stopped… still booked in for a service (thanks to Lotus Kent having 1 month wait times to get an appointment) so probs will get it looked at… maybe there are some scratch marks as mention by the quote from Andy… maybe not?
