I took mine into the Lotus Kent garage and after a fair bit of customer service friction (they said the parts hadn’t arrived yet) they fitted the rubber isolation cups and the creaks and squeaks from the front suspension have totally stopped 🥳

I received some pics from Lotus Kent when they replaced my failed resistor - hope this is helpful to some people? the 'water shield' sheet was already fitted upon delivery (pictured), so they have beefed up the water protection by sealing the plastic enclosure that the resistor lives inside...

I got some useful info from Lotus Customer Care today regarding this - they say that the August gearbox SW update is v1.5 He wasn't able to tell me what version I had on a June purchased car, nor why Lotus Kent said 'there was no gearbox SW updates available for you' when clearly there is..

I’ve got a sub 20 day old Emira and the amber malfunction light has come on and remained on for a few days now. Used Veepeak and CarScanner to get the error code DTC U0141 - Lost communication with Body Control Searched the forum but no hits, does anybody know if it’s safe to drive? Safe to clear?
