No it's not. It's much slower than my 2008 m3 which is 400 hp and weighs 600 lbs more. A GTS 4.0 does 100-200kph in well under 10 seconds....That's a massive difference

Here's something I find extremely positive about the Emira: I can't think of another car that's new, at any price range that sounds better AND has better manners over bumps than the Lotus. With the recent unveiling of the GT4RS no one has anything negative to say about the mechanical perfection...

I would say pretty identical to the GT but as @frazzer said it will vary on driving style. I would get about 12mpg and have zero regrets everytime I filled up lol. Also the touring with the eagle tires will get better mpg than the sport with cup2s as the rolling resistance will be greater.

Yeah it is what it is. Lotus is a brand that you have to really like/love to buy one. Kinda hard to have those feelings after this happened. Life goes on though :)
