No it's not. It's much slower than my 2008 m3 which is 400 hp and weighs 600 lbs more. A GTS 4.0 does 100-200kph in well under 10 seconds....That's a massive difference

I would say pretty identical to the GT but as @frazzer said it will vary on driving style. I would get about 12mpg and have zero regrets everytime I filled up lol. Also the touring with the eagle tires will get better mpg than the sport with cup2s as the rolling resistance will be greater.

@EM33RA correct, it's the old engine. Nothing lightweight and nothing forged, of course. Lotus hasn't changed anything in nearly a decade. Meaning the 2gr-fe will be used for almost 15 years with no improvements. Sad

For me there's lots of competition. I can buy flashier cars for less and better performing cars for much less. I can buy a new gr86, a rental property and have 30k to spend tracking it. I can buy a Porsche that will be more reliable, hold it's value better, be a much better dealership...

Unless you live in a state with no sales tax or have your own dealer license the probability of you making money on a flip is very low. Since only a handful of people are willing to pay adm I would expect you to lose money on it. Good luck

GRP sells a final drive for like half the price. The Porsche is more expensive because it's a super high end DCT therefore much more complicated and built to a much higher spec as its a a Porsche. The Evora/Emira is the same thing you find in a regular Toyota, less complicated and lower quality

If the vette had 3 pedals I wouldn't have ever considered the Lotus. The z06 is better than anything Lotus has made and will ever make but is auto only and since I already have a v8 with over 600hp and DCT that runs passed 8k it doesn't have a place in the garage.
