Exclusive Paint option for 2025 cars

My front plate has a very special place in my car. Mounted on my GRP bracket and in my trunk. For possible “emergency” fix it ticket avoidance. 😂

I’m in California. In 25 years I’ve only once gotten a (very modest) fix-it ticket for the lack of license plate (on a Tesla) and indeed I had a bracket just for that, so I showed up at DMV to demonstrate the now-mounted plate which came off as soon as I got home.

I too am in California and hoping to avoid the dreaded trip to the DMV by having the tools on hand to install it on the spot. Not sure that will work out for me, and of course won't work if I get one while parked and away.

After I moved to California many moons ago, I drove my Z28 for 7 years in Santa Barbara where I lived with a USA-1 plate on the front. One night I parked in a downtown parking lot where my front end was literally up against a hedge and returned later to my car with the fix-it ticket under my wiper. He couldn't have possibily known I had no front plate in that parking location so the only thing I can figure is some cop must have seen me driving and followed me into the parking lot. Big wow. But so far, no issues with the Emira, but only 3500 miles so far.
