I wish we had the Lemon Law in the UK.
I have finally given up on ever getting my car back from Lotus (it’s now been almost 8 months). Matt Windle doesn’t care, he doesn’t pick up his phone, he doesn’t answer emails. Lotus Colchester are lying to Lotus customer care saying they’ve been in contact with me when they haven’t. Lotus customer care have no effect on the situation and just send holding emails (if I get a response) it looks like it’s time to go to a solicitor.
I used to walk past a Lotus Europa on my way to school and I’ve been a fan ever since. Lotus have destroyed that fan in 8 quick months.
