Wiper Arm Foam Seal

Anyone experienced a foam seal appearing around base of wiper arm (passenger side)? Not sure if this is a true seal or just leftover packaging from shipping. I could not find anything in the service manual. Before pushing it back in, I thought I would see if anyone else has dealt with this.

Yea, I had the seal on the passenger side wiper, none on the driver side...
added one to driver side…………….

Where did you find one? I noticed I only had the one on the drivers side, guessing passenger flew off at some point

I cannot see a seal around the hole for the wiper arm on the drivers side. Is the circular foam seal designed to fill the hole or does it sit underneath the cowl? Thanks for the information.
