Well the title says it all. This has been on since day 1. I tried scanning the qr code but it was a dead end. Is this a dealer only thing? Can I remove it?

That would have been off 10 seconds after I got home.
There again, I don't think I would have left the dealer with that in the screen.

I wanted to do the same, but I was distracted by little issues here and there and that was left uncovered. After leaving the dealer, I refrained from taking it off since I didn't know what was it. Then I got the car serviced and...I forgot about it again. Man, the problem here is not the sticker...Well I'm going to take it off anyway

Its likely inventory tracking given the location and the little car in the gps pin icon. The cars are scanned a bunch as they arrive at different locations. You can just remove it.

I've heard cars with those stickers prevent paint bubbles / door blistering. Remove at your own risk.
