What insurance is everyone using? (皆様どの自動車保険使ってますか？）

I'm in talks with a used car dealer right now but have no idea about voluntary insurance (since it is a non-registered car/形式不明車)
If you guys could drop your model (I4/V6), insurance price, and coverage info below, it would be super helpful for me and the whole community.

Here you go. This is a scan of mine. I've tried covering up all the sensitive private information. Please don't dox me if I'm forgotten to cover something.

In my case it was ¥433,200 for 3 years:

• 1st year: ¥13,140/month
• 2nd year: ¥11,700/month
• 3rd year: ¥11,260/month

Note that this is after applying a 44% discount because I have a gold driver's license and I have never had an accident.

Also, I said "it was" because recently I've bought a second car and I've insured it through the same company, so now I get an extra 10% discount on both cars, in addition to that 44%.

My employer has a 20% discount from Tokio Marine Nichido (東京海上日動火災保険株式会社) and I am at the maximum 20等級 giving me a 63% discount, resulting in 62,650 JPY/year.

The insurance company will know how to handle 型式不明 cars - don't worry about it.
