Weird issue with no electrical power on just 2 fuses

I’m having a weird issue with my electrical power, my 12v power socket, rear view mirror usb and front center lower usb next to footwell don’t have any power. I took off the foot panel and checked the fuses and the only 2 that don’t have ~12v power going to them are 54 and 53 which correlates to my issues.

Is there another fuse upstream that provides power to those 2 fuses in the box?

I used a voltmeter and tested the small exposed metal on the fuses to confirm no power is going through to them when ignition is on (engine is off)

Not sure if this is related but change fuse 54.

Mirror tap - may have blown fuse?

Hi all -- I got a mirror tap put in for my radar detector today - it worked for a moment as I tested it (before putting the shroud back up), then I saw the wires had gotten unplugged from the tap. I guess my zip tie was too high up. I do have my dashcam plugged into the USB just fine, so no...

Thanks but I checked both 54 and 53 for continuity and they both aren’t blown. Even taking out the fuse and trying to measure the voltage at the terminal block is producing no voltage.

Are your dome lights off? I also checked with a volt meter and physically checked my fuse and everything looked fine. Swapped out the fuse and it resolved the issue.
