VF Tuner for the Lotus Emira

First, we specifically states what we were talking about was only the V6.
And we have PMs from at least two different people who have encountered issues.

Again, as I said I am not saying it's a faulty product or even bad design, it's just working with a bare-bone calibration, which I explained in detail before it was deleted.


Anyways, I do not want to discuss it further. Those owners can discuss it.

We will just discuss how the ECU works and the maps, tables, limitations, etc. Then people can form their own conclusions
Are you saying the Emira V6 ECU is the same ECU that was on the Evora? No additional code or programming was added for the Emira?

It is not exactly the same, it uses a new chip.
But the calibration is no so different. Updated, but still same bones. I'll get into detail on it soon

Look, from time to time competition gets a little messy, but at the end of the day.. men let bygones be bygones and shake hands and salute the winner. Because there is only one winner. Time to take off the tutu boys..
 
Would have been nice if the Moderator created a new thread with VF Tuner's ECU and knock sensor details vs Deleting. Many members may have found his information instructive.
Can't expect VF Tuner to rewrite that half page post.

I'll write a more indepth post about everything on the ECU, not just some of it here soon
