So since launch we have had a really good uptake in the warranty and as more cars are turning 3 we are seeing a real uptick in new members joining us which is amazing its far surpassed my expectations so far.
We have seen a couple of other guys copy the idea but ours is the original and best of course! Some people expressed some concern that the £5000 claim limit might get eaten up with a clutch or other possible big job. £5000 is an industry wide limit thats common to almost all aftermarket warranty companies but not us! We have upped our claim limit to £7000!
If there are any other terms on competitor products we can tweak do let me know. We are aiming for this to be a far superior product to the Lotus/Car Care plan product which still seems in a state of complete disarray with some people saying they have it others saying they can't buy it and we have seen main dealers offer people very inferior aftermarket products that are not the car care plan warranty but are bing sold by main dealers...misleading!
With 15 years in the Lotus world we are not risking our name and reputation lightly by entering this space so I am very keen to make sure we stay the number one choice.
