Honestly, I don't feel any degredation of braking performance. They work great. Tad more squeak when cold but minimal. There is a whole thread on these pads. Just search definitive Hawk pads, I suggest you read this. Most agree they are the ones to use.

I think it's a subtle, understated color. Classy. The red (I have red) is a bit "look at me." I think they're both differing levels of superb, depending on your mood.

Hi Folks,

I have just collected my Emira I4 in Shadow Grey. Unfortunately, I'm not too pleased with the colour (it looks more black than grey!) As I ordered my car on the website in January 2023 I didn't get the opportunity to see any colour samples.

In hindsight, I wish I had gone for Red with Full Black Pack and Gloss Black Wheels

Your thoughts on Shadow Grey?

What are seat color options outside of the red. What would be preference with the yellow calipers? Thank you

I have the shadow grey, with the ice grey interior, yellow calipers, and the diamond cut rims. Very happy with my choice. I echo some of the others that it is a less popular color which helps make it unique, and I love the flecks of blue in the paint. Looks amazing in full sunlight.

I have a magma red and do not regret it but the shadow grey is awesome. Love that blue highlight it has. No way I would wrap it.
