Welp, in today's episode of Adulting & Other Tribulations, I am already dealing with a father in steep physical decline. After another fall at home alone and lying there for a day, it's time to move him close to me or in with me. Unfortunately, his poor life choices will become my financial burden one way or the other. Given that, I am entertaining selling my Emira. 😞

Although not necessary today, I'd rather not wait until it becomes so.

In market, mine would likely be the highest mile at 16k. Yes, I drive the hell out of it, and I am glad I did!
Lowered 19mm
Aerie extended carbon fiber paddles
Full set Evora GT rims and ScottoZero 3's winter setup. See photos
3rd Cat delete and valve controller
Tint
Auto v6, touring
New Eagle GT rears about 4k ago
Never tracked

What are the opinions on a retail selling price?
Low 80s?

I don't think i've seen a V6 auto for sale yet. The only ones ive seen were manual V6 in the mid 80's
2k on this one, which is basically my spec, less the yellow calipers. Priced at Cargurus "fair deal"
Add 14k miles, seems like the low 80's would be a good place to start.
But who knows... it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.

Well they will never talk you up in price right. Initial price is to get views and I think a 90k advertisement would get people calling. f they talk you down a bit thats ok too, but dont start too low cause they are going to call looking for at least a few grand off asking.

This is the data for all first editions (V6 manual + auto + i4). Very hard to say what would be the right price for yours because no data is available for a V6 auto with high mileage. A low 80s would probably be fair?

I'd likely list at 89,999 to pick up sub $90k searches. Typical depreciation is about 1,000 to 1,500 for every 10,000 miles. However, this is not a typical vehicle, so it's anyone's guess. As I like to say, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.

Would deleting cat pass California smog? Any salt/rust on the car with Michigan roads?
My guess is that it passes CA smog and only fails visual but there is no way to get to it without taking panels off. I think you’re safe.

I still have the 3rd cat, which is a simple reinstallation for CA smog test.
It's seen snow just a couple of times, but I avoided the salt and salt trucks. Winter driving was more cold-weather driving than anything else. It's a composite vehicle, if I were not divulging, no one would be the wiser upon even the most scrutinizing inspection.

The Emira is just a very nice toy that you can always buy/sell/change. The important things in life are others, and you sir are doing the right thing. Treasure every moment with you dad!
