Hey everyone,

Interested to know what kind of distance people are getting out of one full tank on average?

Be it city use, long runs, which modes etc

Is there a large difference in consumption between tour / sport / track?

I'm, just coming up to 1000 miles V6 Auto and I'm get an average of 23.9mpg, its very much a mix of urban driving and motorway travel.

Back from South-Tirol to my home destination I managed to get 9,2L/100km (that equals to 30,7mpg [GB]) with an average speed of 118kph, mostly on german Autobahn.

Traveld in tour mode because on such a long road trip of about 820km you want it more quiet most of the time.

I confirm, I did the same today on the way to Blackforest. Mainly German Autobahn. Nicely below 10 l/100 km. Was astonished how little the consumption is if you just go with the flow between 120 km/h and sometimes upto 190 km/h. Also Tour Mode only.

I concur with TomAce. On a trip to Scotland I was averaging easy 30 mpg on the motorway up and back. The onboard is reasonably accurate based on me doing tank brim to brim.
I don’t believe there is much difference for the car which mode you are in, that comes down to the driver. General mixed use without town I am getting mid 20s. Of course it’s possible to see a lot less with enthusiastic driving.
