I got a call from my SA informing me that lotus has resumed shipping of cars to the US and I should get my car soon.
Yay.

Tis true. But these were Canadian cars. No US cars since 3/30. There's been two shipments of a few Canadian cars. The VINs are in the tracking sheet in my signature.

Ah, that stinks. I was thinking they might have shipped a small batch of US-bound Emiras to see what tariffs would be levied against them. Is anyone aware of what Jaguar / Land Rover or other British car-makers are doing in terms of resuming shipments to the US?

I just got a text from my dealer informing me that my car is in the transportation system and is on its way to the states. My SA could not say when the car will arrive but it shouldn't be long.

I didn't ask. The SA does not have a lot of details and I don't want to hold him on what he tells me now.
