Process for removing side and rear vents?

Going to be doing vinyl in those areas and was trying to compare the feasibility of removing the vents vs trying to just tuck in around the edges. Thanks.

Very easy. Just need fender liners removed. Rear bumper vents are held by tabs. Quarter panel ducts are held by tabs and 2 screws each.
