Ordered these for my Emira, they said they would make them as low as possible and they look awesome...really well made, very beefy. Got driver and passenger.

I wonder who they used to develop that. The guys who produce Planted are a tuning company here in WA near me, last season technically i was one of their sponsored drivers

Are you planning on using these brackets for the OEM seats? Do you happen to know how much of a drop you get with these?

No I wish I was keeping the stock seats but they're super uncomfortable for my body (they oddly push your sternum out when you sit in them) and there's also no lateral support for high speed cornering. I am putting in Bride Gias III seats...good combo of track + recline, and for my body super comfortable and supportive. They should also be a bit lower too

Does this work with OEM seats? How much lower can it go compared to the stock bracket?

These are for aftermarket seats
Hey, how did planted seat base work for you?

I’m likely going to need to use one for carbon buckets.

They're great, the Brides are awesome...highly recommend the planted brackets they will be the lowest you can get for whatever seat you want

These are only for bottom mount seats though, right? Side mount would use a different style? Or do they have ear brackets?

I was thinking these side mount brackets would mount to slider which would mount to planted base (which may or may not be needed).

Is this dumb? I can also cancel the slider and maybe even the side mounts and use the Tillet hardware but I’m not sure it will bolt up.

I think Tillet makes their own brackets for the Emira since they measured everything out right? Planted is more for universal application - in my case with the Brides there are no side mount brackets, the Bride sliders I use have to mount to something...they mount to the Planted brackets which again sit as low as they can in the car. The floorboard is not a flush even surface there are elevation changes so the Planted stuff was easy. Your shop/fabricator can easily make custom rails for your seats also...that's what I've done in the past for all my cars but this saved time and money since Planted already figured it out.

These are not Tillet. Is there any reason the slider can’t mount to planted base?

These are copied from my B8/B9 shape where the outer headrest shape has been altered.
Even the brackets are copied from our TB1 brackets.
There is no reason why the side brackets could not be fitted to the Planted base but why would you add 2.3 kg each seat when you could just use our Emira brackets and runner set and have nothing underneath to stop the seat going lower.

Thank you. I will check that out. Very much appreciate you sharing knowledge here even though they are not your seats. You are a good dude.
