Paint in trunk lid got marred

First long(ish) highway drive today. When I got to my destination I noticed a matte looking spot on the paint on my trunk lid.

At first I thought it was from engine heat coming out of the window vent but then realized it may be from tons of dirt inside the vent that has been there since I took delivery Monday. At least this is my thesis after looking at the vent and seeing how the dirt pattern looks - moving toward the spot that got marred.

Any advice for this? Fixable with detail products or is this a job for a specialist?

Kinda annoyed the car was delivered with a filthy vent.

It does not feel raised. It feels less smooth than the rest of the paint, but not totally “uncoated”. So it’s flat and just more matte looking but still somewhat smooth.

Yeah, hard to tell from the photo, but my first guess is that it is mineral deposits from the dirt/water mixed when the water pooled and evaporated. I'd start by cleaning the area and lightly polishing. BTW, I also had a bunch of gritty dust/dirt accumulated in that gap between the rear of the glass and the hatch when my car arrived.
