Paddle shifter extenders

Has anyone come across paddle extenders for the Emira yet?

I can live with the paddles day to day but they do sit low and should extend further up.

Not yet, but I have a feeling if you extend the paddle further up anything short of a magnetic switch conversion will lead to a mushy shift with a lot of missed shifts.
