This same code was happening recently on my own car and after clearing the code then having it come back I started monitoring the fuel trims. The short term trims were +29% on one bank, I changed the primary o2 sensor out and it solved the issue completely. I cant 100% confirm but I think it was caused by driving in the rain and the sensor getting wet repeatedly, the factory o2 sensors on these cars are total junk and not sealed well at all were the wiring "seals" into the body of the sensor.
Lotus has warrantied out a lot of o2 sensors on these car because of this issue.
We have replacement Bosch o2 primary sensors available now and working on confirming some Densos for the secondary positions here asap after going through this headache.

Or Germany vs China. BTW, for an O2 sensor attached to one of the hottest parts of the engine, this speaks volumes as to where Geely is focused (i.e., cost cutting...).

It looks like the I4 has different o2 sensor part numbers.
If you get a chance email some pictures of the sensors on your car and I will check them out.
Or I will have an I4 here for some work in a few weeks I can check them out on as well.
