Has anyone had a hard copy of the manual provided with their car (or after collection) or is it online only?

When I picked up my Emira a few weeks ago I was told that Lotus has stopped providing the printed manual and switched to online only (at least in Australia)

I collected from the agent during the latter part of January and there is a hard copy manual.

Picked mine up from Hethel in June, no manual provided, told it was online only now
