Does everyone's cars have these fitted?

Mine doesn't (UK 2023 V6 First Edition).
I don't know if they were either never fitted, or were knocked off the first time I went over a speed bump.

It’s for better mpg and changes air pressure in the tirewell.

I think Porsche was the first one to add this and everyone copied
 
I think they are sacrificial bumps. The parts catalog calls them a rubbing block. Heres the PN for anyone wondering B132U0123F

I cant find the bigger style ones
 
Looks like some cars have them and some don't. I wonder when they were added and if there's a worthwhile performance increase in retro fitting them?

I'm trying to compare photos above. Looks like they attach using screws that are used to attach the floor pan. I wonder if you need slightly longer screws to fit them. If they're cheap and offer a performance increase it seems a worth while mod to add them to older cars.
