I put a deposit in sept. 2024. I was supposed to get a 2025 but it got delayed and was about to get a 2025 build in sept 2025 so i've decided to wait a little bit more to get a 2026 mostly for the new colors. My order was grabbed by Lotus and I got an order number on sept. 10, 2025. Assembly started mid november.

What a long wait mate! You must be excited. I sent my order early October and got my order number on Oct 09th. Hopefully mine will go to production soon too.

I was notified it was locked in on September 15 this year. What about you?

I sent my config code on Oct 08 and got my order number on Oct 09. I emailed the dealership last week to follow up and they said “your Emira is confirmed Locked meaning good order available for production scheduling. It's in process!”. I have no idea when it was locked in exactly.

Noob from Arizona here. Just received my Lotus Emira i4 this week in EOS Green. Driving it feels so surreal - it handles so great! Posting some pics below with yellow calipers, seat belts, etc. Getting full frontal PPF on it now along with 50% tint on side windows and 70% on rear window. Will post new pics after back from the tint place. Let me know your thoughts - haven't seen many of the new color yet! It looks even better in person - very pleased with it.

Congrats! Do you mind sharing when you placed your order? I went to my nearby dealer in the Bay Area and they told me that haven’t received any 2026 i4 models yet. I placed my order in Oct 2025.

I was going in to place my order at the Lotus dealer, as I had been working with them on and off for about a month to finalize the specs. They had just gotten in 3 new Lotus i4 models at the beginning of January, when they hadn't gotten any at all last year. Luckily, one was nearly the exact same as I was going to order (with a few minor differences). So, instead of waiting the 6+ months they told me it would take, I decided to take the plunge and buy this one off the lot. Based on what they told me about lead times, I would suspect yours would be ready around April this year given you placed the order in October.
