I was wondering if anyone here have used Lotus West London for servicing? and what your thoughts / impressions are? I enquired about fitting a Scorpian tracker last September, but as I walked in there was no one in the premises. Eventually someone turned up about 20 mins later and I was advised that they didn't have a service centre up and running, it would be a month or two before they had the facilities. As pleasant as the guy was, he really didn't know much about what was going on (apparently the Lotus service manager was on lunch), to be fair I don't think he worked for Lotus and was responsible for the INEOS side of the premises.
It felt like it was poorly run and severly understaffed compared to Lotus Silverstone / Lotus Glasgow who I have had used in the past. I have a service coming up and they are by far the closest to me, every other dealer is 45-60 mins away.
