I worked with Alex at Naples to get my car - Have no complaints. The car was immediately sent to NYC and I got it in like 2 days.

Ron from Naples was my guy. I had issue of length of port time so had to get manager involved to expedite. He put together a cute little video of my car. Im good with them.

I was happy with my dealings with them and Mike. While the rarer cars I think get top dollar, I've heard the more "regular", as such, cars are competitively priced. Add the attention to the customer and they have a decent rep I believe.

They have treated me very well!
Service has been friendly and what I consider fair for a dealership focused on exotics cars. I definitely recommend them.
I see my Friend @1stEmiraNow2Clarks also jumped in. We met Lotus of Naples when he picked up his Jim Clark Edition and Mike referenced in his post reply was awesome and gave us a VIP tour of their facilities and affiliates. I hope you experience the same opinion if you keep working with them.

Mike Urbine was my guy. Bought my Evora GT new in 21. They always took care of me. Nothing but love and strong positive words for them. No bs, no markup, no add ons, just an easy, smooth transaction and wonderful staff. They were my local dealer for 3 years. I still stop by when I'm in town or in Salt Lake (Todd owns that one too)

Largest Lotus dealership in the world. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of this car. I am on his list for the first meridian blue turbo that come into the dealership on trade. Also approachable and friendly. I was texting with alex today regarding the Clark editions they have on site. Very special car, special dealership.
