He lives in a different state last I heard. Although after remembering it I sent the youtube link out to a couple old coworkers and we had a good laugh at him again.

Swapped back in my street pads. All set to go. Lets try to meet on the earlier side of 9am… or should we aim for 8?

I am aiming 9am. I have to cater for a staff lunch 7:30-8am. But don’t let me delay everyone if you guys want to meet earlier. I can meet on your way back and go to have lunch.

Some people went dont know what time they were up there. We typically go on the later side like 9:30 ish.

@Kaz I was there today and Dennis was there too. He mentioned he saw your car. There was another dark emira headed up when i was on the way down as well.

and I meant like the overall GVC today was empty though some cars were coming up - when I saw the first Emira going up I was like, McLaren? Nah it's too low and wide...oooh Emira, so nice, the only place I see them are up in canyons

It was a later start than usual i think but when we left around 1015 there were like no spots left without parking people in. full two rows on the street and a row along the woods

Unfortunately that blue wasnt a very good respray. Still cool to see an s15 though. Thats the first one ive seen in person.

That’s terrible. The last time we went up for GVBC we saw a convertible flip right in front of our group coming down the mountain. Thankfully she was ok.

Our group never goes that hard. But it can happen. Best to be careful out there.

sorry more about the sad news yesterday, the Call of Duty (videogame) creator was the one who died along with passenger in his Ferrari 296...there's pretty horrific video of the crash on SocalCanyonCarvers on FB that Nate posted. The road turns left out of the tunnel and it understeered straight into a barrier...this is the same location of the video you have already seen where the Subaru oversteers coming out of tunnel and goes over the cliff - which was later licensed in one of the Jurassic Park movies. The 296 just vaporizes and goes up in flames...insane
