Infotainment advice requested

Hello-
Presently I have an SD card (an in adapter) plugged into the armrest USB for music. It resets each engine stop, so we start over with AC/DC and ABBA each trip unless I go through and scroll through on the screen to something later in the alphabet. Does anyone have a solution that picks up the music where it left off on the playlist?

From previous posts I don't think there is a solution. Most owners, including myself, use their phones to play music with CarPlay or Android Auto and use the media apps provided there.
