The 93 tune is 444 at the wheels. That calcs out to a 15% loss between crank and wheels which is a pretty standard assumption for loss.May I ask how did you come up with 519bhp?
You always compare from the baseline. Different dyno gives different result and drivetrain loss is always just an assumption. The 93 tune is 444 at the wheels. That calcs out to a 15% loss between crank and wheels which is a pretty standard assumption for loss.
Interestingly though they got 387 at the wheels for the base tune which is only a 4% loss if they are actually 400 at the crank. Applying 15% to the 387 is 455 which I don't think is realistic either. No way Lotus is giving out an extra 50hp without claiming any of it.

Would be interesting to see how this goes on the 360hp cars.Well the JB4 is out https://www.gregsraceparts.com/prod...pIPJPkrSFWsZsKZoby_aem_cRux6FJ62ZWuKAZfFeLpTg

Could I ask what type of ratchet wrench you used?It was a T45
However a friend mech of mine said that could be that the bit may be slightly thinner then what's sold here although the same size technically . There was also another needed to remove the ac that has a torx bolt. That was wrong as well. I think it said a 10 but it was a 12.
It was like a mini breaker bar ratchet. A regular one didn't have enough leverageCould I ask what type of ratchet wrench you used?
I attempted the installation today, but I found it very difficult to access the pulley with a ratchet in order to release the AC belt.
FYI, I found a video posted yesterday, but nothing on their website as of just a few mins. ago.Renntech now has a unit. Call Mitch, he'll give you the details

I just ordered the BOV adapter from Burger MotorsportsIf I go with piggy, I believe I'll choose jb4....they've been great in the past. Side note.....I was doing full throttle runs in track mode last night and I can't believe the sounds coming from the blowoff valve and waste gate.....a piggyback and updated bov would make the turbo exceptional!
looking forward to your build...I just ordered the BOV adapter from Burger Motorsports
Sales BS. Higher numbers sells more product. There is no way the JB4 box is making anywhere near the figures they are quoting.Curious that the JP4 numbers are so much higher than TDI or Renntech
I have one installed. It's not crazy loud like other valves, but it definitely adds more to the theatre. You literally don't know what to listen too!! hahahI just ordered the BOV adapter from Burger Motorsports
Although, to be honest I expected way more power from the i4 with a tuning box. I don't have a clue how far these new style piggybacks can push things, but I've have similar power gains with 1.3 and 1.4 litre old school turbos with just a bleed valve!!!Sales BS. No CEL's? Just louder venting sound? I wanted to make sure it didn't trigger an engine light.I have one installed. It's not crazy loud like other valves, but it definitely adds more to the theatre. You literally don't know what to listen too!! hahah
No CEL's or anything like that. Just a slightly louder, and a different kind of venting sound. It'll obviously sound different inside the car than outside. Those lucky pedestrians! No CEL's? Just louder venting sound? I wanted to make sure it didn't trigger an engine light.
