Just always remember, they do what they can with the limited resources they have. It's not their excuse, it's their reality. Let's not lose sight of that. In my mind, a barely there Lotus is better than a non-existing Lotus.If only Lotus themselves could follow the example
Coming from a guy who has had a new Porsche (VAG is either number 1 or 2 of the largest global auto manufacturers) and all the resources behind them, trust me they haven't been all that much better on at least one occasion. These are the companies that truly have no excuse for poor customer service at any point in their product/service networks (given the resources behind them).
Lotus on the other hand? Yeah, I kind of knew what to expect when I bought my third Lotus. It's not like this is a "new thing". And if we are really being honest, we put up with it because when the cars work, man do they work. Otherwise, why would we keep coming back for more punishment (we've all had some at some point, if we own a Lotus...).
