Hi all, my S5 tracker has stopped responding, hardly use my car, it was one of the first I4’s last March and Ive done 700 miles, she just sits in my showroom on trickle charge, rang Scorpian who said they’d send a ‘Lotus’ engineer out to rectify, sounds like dash out job….any had the same? Thanks
 
I don't think it's a dash out job, very easy to fit or replace if the unit has failed.
Is that March 2025 or 2024?
You only get one year's subscription and have to renew after that.
For what it's worth mine has worked well for just over a year.
One small glitch with the app after an update was reasonably quickly fixed with another update.
I like the alerts you can set and get emails when they trigger.
I have two alerts set, ignition on and low battery.
 
How do you get it set up? I purchased with my car, but it was never set up, and never heard anything back from the dealer about it!

I had the same scenario. Just contact Scorpion direct. They were very helpful. Sorted in about 3 days
 
I bought my car second hand but the tracker had never been registered/set up. I rang Scorpion and got the "free" first year start from the date I rang them.

Car was sat outside one windy night with a cover on and the tracker was sensitive enough to pick up the wind rocking the car and log it as an attempted break in. Scorpion then rang me.
 
It’s drained the battery now totally dead, anyone had the same issue? Think it must be tracker related as it’s always been on trickle charge but been away for a week, AA will only jump start it but not replace the battery, it won’t hold a charge so off to Oakmere when it’s jump started it is then….
