Which material did you use? Looks like you didn't have to cut it to form into the corners..

So quick question, and it may seem silly... how do you remove the glovebox? There are a few hex screws behind the latch area that is able to be pried off easily, but I was hesitant to remove them without knowing that is the correct way to go about it.

its more painful than that with the side moldings and cover. Getting the door molding back on and over that cover is a pita.
