Does anyone know how to remove this speaker grille?

I've had a search but can't find any clear instructions - does anyone know/have a guide how to remove this speaker grille please?

You have to remove the whole door card

looking at the instructions on the Service Manual right now, yeah, basically its remove the door card first.
Then its a very straightforward strip down of several layers of panels attached by bolts and clips from the backside of the card to ultimately detach the grille.

Removing the door cards is super easy. Two bolts and then lift straight up. Good luck!!
