Just saw this thread, and I agree with everything you've said about the car. I took delivery in late April 2026, have put 2K fairly quick and flawless miles on it. The only thing I've done is replace the Brembo pads that were on the car with EBC Reds (ceramic). That solved the grabby, lower-speed, OEM brake feel you mentioned, not to mention an estimated 80% reduction in dust.
I went to a Porsche Club of America (PCA) charity event at TPC Racing in suburban DC this morning. I am a 911 Turbo S owner and active member of PCA, but I took the Emira today. What has amazed me is how much Porsche owners love and gravitate toward the Emira.
Since I bought mine in April, 4 fellow club members have purchased new Emiras. At the event today, the biggest crowd was around my Lotus with a lot of comments about how it is arguably the most beautiful car on the market today.
^^^^ That's really true about folks thinking it's Ferrari-priced car. In conversations, I'm very quick to point out that a well equipped F-150, Ram 1500, or Silverado pickup truck costs nearly as much or more than the Emira.
