I've used 3DMats on a couple cars. They have a pretty good product. It makes the floor very easy to clean, in turn keeping the car better looking and protecting the carpet. I reached out to them asking for a mat for the Emira and was told they're not offering one due to "low interest of this vehicle application". I suggest asking for mats molded to our car if you're interested as well. I used this email address to request the part: support@3dmatsusa.com.

Someone posted these on a fb group. 3D mats universal trim-to-fit.

I saw that. It's OK but the bowl shape around the left footwell is lost and that's where a lot of crud collects. Also, looks like it's a cut up universal part.

Are any of you writing them getting a response?

Yes I emailed them, and they stated there are not enough customers requesting matts for Lotus Emira.

Well that's exactly what we're trying to fix :)

I went through an amusing [frustrating] email circle with 3dMatsUSA the other day.

I emailed them asking if the requests that you guys sent in have had any influence on their motivation to make mats for the Emira. I sent them a link to this thread.

They responded saying that their overseas headquarters has not had enough interest and they have "moved on to other newer passenger applications", the US branch only distributes the product (I take this to mean that they don't relay interest to the headquarters) and they do not monitor social media. I asked for the contact information for the overseas headquarters and they said they can't provide that.

This is both amusing and annoying. The headquarters makes the decisions, the US distributor doesn't relay requests, and the headquarters can't be reached by customers. I envision the three monkeys covering ears, eyes and mouth. Great business model :) Oh, and the Emira is an old model, apparently. Oh well, time to try someone else.
