Is this an issue? I'm tempted to add some but I have no idea with what here in the US? Not driving it hard, but...

Do you know for certain that it didn't come that way? Oil doesn't need to be at the full line. Also, oil expands when warm, did you check when hot or cold?

Notification, I4 has no accessible dipstick, if at all?

Critical to understand the exact message you're seeing.
These all mean different things.
I'll tell you my i4 came with a status of "OK 0.3 Quart below MAX".
The owners manual can be confusing because they reference liter but the USA cars display quarts.

If your car is showing "LOW" then definitely add that oil.

Additionally if you're going to drive your car hard in motorsports...
