Like most comments here, I agree its the best looking car in recent years. A lot of current Ferrari's or Mclaren's all have an angle or a feature which doesn't seem to sit well with the rest of the car. One older car that does come close to the Emira for me though is the Alfa 8C.

Completely agreed with this. Not a consideration in purchasing the car but a great bonus, especially if using the car on a tour or something. I'm getting high 40's (UK) on a long run.

Same here, no issues, but also not rushing it. Its an odd setup for sure, but easy to adapt to.

Not sure on reverse, but yes, that's how it operates going forward. It just drops off as you start to move.

I don't have it set to auto on my i4, but I do know that if I put it on manually and then drive off, the car releases the brakes automatically.

just passed the 1K break in. UK, I4 FE, no issues at all.

I notice the turbo and dump valve a lot more if I open the passenger window so I'm pretty sure it breathes from that side. Sounds great too I have to say.

I'm still running mine in, so currently sticking to Tour mode. In that the Automatic shifts are very slick, and it always seems to know exactly what gear to be in Using the paddles for manual override again produces quick shifts with no discernible lag. I'm sure it will feel even quicker in...

I think I read somewhere that its the injectors? and something known to be a feature of the engine. I do know what you mean though. All in all the engine is amazing. It pulls really hard when you want it too, but cruising on the motorway I'm seeing sometimes over 50 mpg. For one 10 mile average...

Its actually the vents in the rear bumper that you can see the wheel through. Its collecting stones from the gravel drive, and these are sitting in the bottom of the vent. I just don't want them to scratch up too badly.

I'm going to do the 1K oil change too certainly. I'll get that booked soon, and I want a bit more PPF adding as well, especially on the rear wheel vents, as they are collecting small stones and gravel.

No ADAS on UK cars currently. I think the only thing I would miss for that would be blind spot monitoring TBH. Other "similar" cars I have driven, or owned would include AM Vantage, AM DB9, 350Z, 370Z, and a 992.

Many thanks ! The plate was purchased a good few years ago, and lived on my 350Z for ages. For some reason it seems to look better on the Emira though. The picture is actually taken on a Pixel, so yes, I should have a look at removing the powerlines for sure.
