My dealer also stated that my car is being transported to Baltimore to be processed/PDI'd then dealer transported from there. ETA is roughly mid to end of April.

Talk about a logistics nightmare. Curious what they will do? The port will be out of commission for quite a bit of time.

I have had a VIN since early December... shows up on the NHSTA site and pulls up for my insurance quote as a valid VIN, but doesn't show up on the Import site or via Google search. Dealer claimed it's at Baltimore but I have my doubts and feel it's in some lot in the UK? 🤦🏻‍♂️

So far 538 Emira's have been imported to Lotus USA through Port of Baltimore. I can't find a real answer on CARB state cars... Are they at Baltimore? or still in the UK? My dealer claims Baltimore, but I'm not sure I believe them as their track record for correct info hasn't been stellar.

Let's play this out... If approved... it would be relayed to Hethel first... would have been after hours in the UK. So nothing beyond that. Dealer gets their info from their regional reps... which get their info from Lotus USA... who gets their info from Hethel. So I still believe it could be...
