Sounds like one of endeavour lotus cars, they’ve probably had it a while as I’ve watched their stock for ages it hardly moves, Offer a low price and start the paint warranty door process.

So they sell the vehicles to a third party you buy said vehicle and they don’t like it……bloody marvellous, they must have department making this nonsense up.

Getting you back on the road and hopefully enjoying your car should be a priority, it’s fiasco as normal

Which to the majority seems like common sense but we all know that Lotus headquarters will find some way of cocking it up.

I believe that all cars registered before the change are entitled to 5years and all registered after are 3years. That’s just my personal opinion based on fairness.

100%. Here are my screenshots of paint warranty I’m not sure when the actual date changes were. But 9th October 2024 was still 5 years
