The new NSX has never done it for me, I'm sure its very quick & capable but its a heavy thing. I had an original NSX up until last year (I sold it to buy the emira) and it was utterly brilliant. I hope the emira captures some of its magic.

Due to the problems Porsche extended the engine warranty to 10 years. You also need to check the engine number fitted in the car - E and F are bad. G is good.

If I was Lotus I'd be most worried about people cancelling their order. The economy is in a very different place compared to a year ago & folks have got more important things to spend money on.

Thanks for the insight! The suspension choice has been a difficult one & I thought I'd settled on touring... maybe we need a group day out at Hethel before finally choosing. I'm not a fan of cup2s though, they are just plain dangerous on a wet UK road.
