Before I install those parts the car had no vibration at all at 100mph. May be need an alignment because of the lowering kit but there is no reason why the tires would not be balanced properly.

I have the grp lowering kit with their 10mm spacers and have vibration at 70-75+ mph. I will have to give a try to the komotec H&R one.

Here is mine with grp 10mm spacers and GRP lowering kit. The look is perfect but have to say that I have a vibration at 70-75+ mph. I did not have an alignment yet but I dont think it is the cause. I had spacers on my previous cars and it was not a problem.

Maybe I’ll get more used to it over time and forget how good the wheel in the Exige was.

I noticed yesterday that it was nearly impossible to drive the car with the driver’s window completely down because the wind hit directly the rear windows thickness making it very noisy and all the air goes into the back of the cabin.

I hate the steering wheel thickness to death me either and also the flat shape. It doesnt feel natural when turning. I knew I was going to miss my exige for the driving pleasure, fun factor but I now have a car that look better more exotic and feel more premium. The car will need 40-50hp more...

Does your rubber door seal are dry like mine ? Mine feel like they are 20 years old at some place here and there.

I agree even if I am a lotus fanboy. I’ve put meguiars leather conditioner on mine and will do it on a regular basis to hydrate leather as much as I can. 🤞

Unfortunately from the pictures that I have seen so far, the leather seem to be fragile and get old fast.

Those car dont have any warranty anyhow as everything is considered as normal, tolerable and/or acceptable by Lotus & dealer.

Greg’s sell the k&n now. Last week he had to figure it out if it was fitting and it is now listed into the emira part section so must be the same as the evora.

I ordered the K and N air filter drop in from Greg. I’m pretty sure the supercharger noise is going to be a bit louder as with my exige s. Let’s hope the install wont be too much of a pain. I think it must be done by the rear wheel fender.

6800 is clearly not enough. With a flash we should be good for at least 7200. ( 7500 would be a sweetspot. )

Thats right. The problem is that we belong to Lotus USA instead to get the cars directly from UK. At the end of the inefficient process : We pay transport fees twice. We pay customs fees twice. Currency exchange fees twice.
