Yes I have one. BEST BEST car I have ever owned. All Ferraris are gone, GT3 Manual is going. This is a GOOD CAR! Breaths like a Lotus, has tons! of character. Blowing /whistling turbos, super beautiful cabin, all carbon tub. ABSOLUTE BARGAIN for what you get!

Emira has great chassis and beautiful suspension. Still I found my test drive was disappointing. Loved my Exige V6, which was a much sharper car! In my mind; Exige was truly Lotus and fantastic. Emira is Lotus engineered with the requirement to drive like a VW Golf…purely my own personal opinion...

Once you put your money where your mouth is, you really get to know how things in the real world turn out to be. Really do your research on how much the later type V6 + supercharger will take without modifying the bottom end.

Stock engine with little mods is good for 430-440 hp as far as I have been informed. I always worked on the setup of the car, make it lighter, lower, more firm with really good tires. With 350hp it was very fast on track...especially very fast corners where balance and grip was important.

In my opinion the criticism on Emira is not on 'steering feel' ...I actually found it a strong point. It is the front end turn in and behavior, that lacks sharpness, it feels numb, as I posted after my own test-drive...

It bugs me as well. The car of the year test in The Netherlands resulted in very slow lap times for Emira. Laptimes DO state on the quality of engineering of a car...its setup, its engine, its chassis, seating position etc. Comparable cars should about be equally fast if they are well...

yes retails at 108k USD. You can order one at the dealer....but as said...long wait! It's the best prices supercar on the planet. Amazing value for money.
