No not at all, not perceptible at all until you drop some water or stray siracha mayo from that chicken wrap you've been munching. The coat has a nice smell when applying, the shield just smells of solvent (arguably nice if you're into that kinda thing). Both dry within a day to no smell.

There's 2 they do: 1 called "leather coat" which is super easy to apply, just spray on and wipe off, smells really nice and lasts about 3 months, including all the UV protection and hydrophobic properties. Normally comes with a bundled cleaner too. The 2nd is "leather shield" which is still...

Also fyi to everyone concerned about colour transfer on lighter colours. I've put Gyeon Leather ceramic coats on all my lighter interior cars and stains wipe off with literally a damp cloth. And you get less transfer in general. Really easy to apply and no tangible difference in finish. (not...

That's my doing, I thought the yellow was looking a bit intense so reduced the saturation for yellow only. Corrected now. No other individual colour saturation has been touched. It's purely tone, white balance and vibrance.

Alright yeah I'm 90% sure this is Shadow, I just set light room to "auto" everything and it produced this: Knew it was too good to be true... We still await real official Lotus DV pics! (and Nimbus too)

Ok, so same as the other thread... The more I've been staring at both of these shots of "DV" the more I'm convinced they're both the same shadow grey car. FFS so close lotus, so close!

Gollies, they've really fudged those pictures with their effects haven't they. Barely have any idea if the colours are anywhere near... I light room'd a couple of the pics, they look better to me, who knows if they're accurate though. Lotus, so close, yet so far.... Original for reference.

God lotus have really butchered the colours on those pics haven't they, can barely tell what the real tone is with all that sepia-ness. Nice photoshops though, excited by those black alloys

I had a polestar 2 with frameless side mirrors. They're already on cars. The whole mirror unit moves rather than just the glass as in normal cars. It's all Geely, so who knows if these end up the same. The steering wheel buttons I've noticed are shared with Volvo/ polestar already.

Now this is the kind of news we like to hear. Taste is so subjective, so you can never really know if it'll fit your own mindset... But saying that, everyone's concern with the darkness of DV being dull and losing the lines. It's nice to hear it shifts so dramatically and is so interesting!

No regrets Frazzer, it's never too difficult or much hassle to have the alloys refinished. In the UK it's anywhere from £200-400 to have all 4 refinished depending on what you want. Get excited!

So similar to what I did with DV, I've had a little play with photoshop as a bit of entertainment for myself. Before y'all get carried away critiquing how it's not colour accurate, or not exactly the right texture, flavour, or it doesn't tickle the right body part on you... This is just for fun...
