Here's another photo of my passenger door trim. Hopefully you can see the very high amount of grain and the circular areas along the bottom edge. Does everyone else have "perfect leather trim" or does anyone else have these kind of variations?

Yes, without any warning or notification or any willingness to communicate with Australian customers. And keep in mind, we are paying about £115,000 or US$140,000 for an Emira here! Meanwhile, an entry-level Kia or MG comes with these as standard.

Agree with them on the brake bite. If you're even slightly careless the brakes can be very grabby past the dead spot.

I've owned a 997 GTS. Emira steering is definitely better than a 997. As they put it in the review, "this or a 911? Fuck the 911."

I'd sell the 911 Turbo. The Emira and the 911 really do the same job, just in a different style. The M5 gives you flexibility to carry passengers and cruise long distances in comfort.

I think Type 135 will be the first opportunity to see some of the great interior design features of Electra/Emeya in a sports car. Hethel will do the engineering work, but given it will be part of the new Lotus BEV family I'm confident they will want to have a reasonably consistent interior...
