Since JB is working on an OBD connection in the engine bay, I'm planning on just temporarily running the cable through the interior alongside the seat instead of under the carpet and all that. This will be fine until they come up with the setup for the engine bay, then I'll switch over to that.

Improving airflow in and reducing exhaust back pressure to allow better exhaust airflow out. It makes a difference. The factory intake and exhaust system is fairly restrictive, as factory systems typically are.

If you have an ACE Hardware store nearby, take that to them. They can at least tell you what the specs and thread pitch are. They may even have something like that. Another place to check would be a body repair shop. They probably have a source where they can get items of that type...

After looking at that picture KJD posted (who apparently has me on ignore, which is fine), it doesn't look like there's an adjustment if the fender merely slides into tabs on the upper fender. I am able to push in the lower corner on mine, and it goes in flush with the upper for a few seconds...

Do you have any mods on your car, like intake and/or exhaust? The AFR is running on the rich side, which I was wondering if that's by design, or just that your ECU hasn't adjusted to it yet.

The V6 FE has a curb weight of approximately 3,267 lbs as per @Dragoon who weighed his stock on a race scale. The Eventuri is 1/2 lb lighter, and if you got the Aerie titanium exhaust, that's 18.25 lbs lighter than stock. So figure your car is roughly 19 lbs lighter, so a curb weight of 3,248...

The racing line looks like what I and others did on their FE's, with the exception of the top of the side mirrors being colored. I think it would have looked better with a racing line on the side of the mirror. The interior looks nice though.
