It should be this I removed one just to help out with the reference, since I'm also missing one. Normally there's 4 on the lower cover and 4 on the upper one.
There's no part number stamped on it either.
If you have an ACE Hardware store nearby, take that to them. They can at least tell you what the specs and thread pitch are. They may even have something like that. Another place to check would be a body repair shop. They probably have a source where they can get items of that type. Unfortunately, that specific one isn't listed in the service manual, as it's probably considered part of the two covers. It should be this I removed one just to help out with the reference, since I'm also missing one. Here's yet another replacement option.I think it may be difficult to find that OEM plastic ball head screw sold separately as I'd guess they're considered integral to the engine covers. Having said this, you may actually find a suitable aftermarket replacement for it. For instance, performing a quick search on Amazon, I found the below pictured 3 potential ball head screws, albeit in metal (which may be even better) and with machine threads instead of the coarser OEM thread. This could be ratified by securing the ball head machine threaded screw to the cover with a corresponding size lock-nut.
The pictured ones are merely suggestions to try for proper dimension and fit, particularly as it pertains to the diameter of the ball head and its stem. I would order all 3 and return the ones that don't fit. Should none of them work out, you can also take the OEM that you removed to a specialized hardware store near you to try to find a suitable replacement. Hope this works out for you.
